These are the Covenants and By Laws of Canterbury Woods community as set forth by the original developers.  This is the "Constitutution" of our neighborhood and can be amended only by a 2/3 majority of homeowners.  The purpose of these documents is to insure a high and uniform standard of appearance for all properties toward the end of maintaining the highest possible value for all.
