These are the Covenants and By-Laws of Canterbury Woods Community
as set forth by the original developers. This is the “Constitution” of
our neighborhood and can be amended only by a 2/3 majority of
homeowners. The purpose of these documents is to insure a high and
uniform standard of appearance for all properties toward the end of
maintaining the highest possible value for all.
