This is the registration form that is signed by each homeowner or tenant prior to receiving his/her pool access fob.  Please note that each person attests by that signature that they have read the Canterbury Woods Pool Policies and agree to comply with those rules.  They also affirm that they understand that they are responsible for the behavior and safety of their own families and guests.

If you were unable to come to the clubhouse on launch day to get your access key fob, contact Sue Runnerstrom at jandsrunner@gmail.com (870-2254) to make arrangements to meet at the clubhouse so that they can register you.  Please make sure that you are current with your regime fees and/or ARC fines so that they are able to issue your pool pass immediately.  One pool access fob is provided free of charge to each household (additional ones may be purchased for $25 each) and they are able to accept checks for delinquent fees/fines at that time.  Thank you.

The Pool Committee meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 in the clubhouse and needs a few more members to help set policies. Please come and offer your feedback, suggestions, new ideas or concerns about the management of the Canterbury Woods pool.  Your opinions matter!

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself thoroughly with these new pool rules and to help ensure compliance at all times.  A couple of important points:

    * NO glass containers in the pool area!  Violations of this rule is sufficient cause for DHEC to shut our pool down for the season.

    * CHILDREN NOT TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR SWIM DIAPERS. PARENTS WILL BE FINED $250 SHOULD THE POOL REQUIRE A FECAL DECONTAMINATION PROCESS BY OUR POOL MAINTENANCE COMPANY.

    * DO NOT OPEN THE GATE TO ALLOW IN ANY UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN OR ANY INELIGIBLE ADULTS.

    * ADULTS , IF YOU SEE CHILDREN OR TEENS RUNNING  OR AGRESSIVELY  THROWING OBJECTS OR  BALLS  ACROSS THE POOL, PLEASE ASK THEM TO STOP FOR THEIR  SAFETY AS WELL AS THE SAFETY OF OTHERS.

Violations of these or any of the carefully considered pool policies may result in the suspension or revocation of that household's pool privileges.
